About You

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Secretarial, Legal Intern to join our team. In this role, you will gain hands-on exposure to corporate governance, compliance, and secretarial practices within a dynamic business environment.

Your Day-to-Day

Supporting/assisting the Corporate Secretarial team on:

  • Preparing, filing, and maintaining statutory records and documents in compliance with the Companies Act 2016 and relevant regulations.

  • Drafting resolutions, minutes, and other corporate documents.

  • Coordinating board and shareholder meetings, including preparation of notices and supporting materials.

  • Conducting basic legal and regulatory research as assigned.

  • Maintaining and updating corporate registers and databases.

  • Providing administrative support to the Corporate Secretarial team on day-to-day matters.

Your Know-How

  • Currently pursuing a Degree/Diploma in Law, Business Administration, Corporate Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Eager to learn, proactive, and able to work in a team environment
