Position Summary

The Business Systems Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the integrated digital systems that support Innovorsa's Managed Services, Finance, and Investment operations for our investees.

This role ensures that CRM, workflow automation, and data analytics platforms are effectively configured and integrated to drive efficiency, transparency, and insight across Innovorsa's portfolio of clients, investments, and ecosystem operations.

Operating at the convergence of technology, data governance, and financial accountability, the Manager supports Innovorsa's mission to provide operational, financial, and strategic infrastructure for participants in our investee, Dataswyft and the Dataswyft Network — ensuring that each issuer, merchant, and partner benefits from optimized systems, measurable performance, and compliant data management.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Systems Implementation and Integration


• Lead the deployment and integration of CRM, ERP, automation, and reporting tools that power Innovorsa's Managed Services and Finance functions.


• Design and maintain business system architectures that unify operational, financial, and client data into a coherent framework.


• Configure workflows that connect client onboarding, service delivery, billing, and performance reporting.


• Integrate financial systems (e.g., accounting or portfolio management platforms) with CRM and data analytics environments for consolidated oversight.


• Ensure interoperability with Dataswyft Network infrastructure and data sovereignty standards.

  1. Managed Services Operations


• Deliver system setup, configuration, and continuous management services for issuers, merchants, and network participants under Innovorsa's Managed Services model.


• Monitor performance, data integrity, and automation workflows to ensure operational continuity and SLA compliance.


• Develop operational templates and playbooks to standardize service delivery across multiple clients and sectors.


• Provide advanced troubleshooting, optimization, and enhancement of client systems and processes.


• Partner with Dataswyft technical teams to ensure ecosystem-level compatibility and data flow consistency.

  1. Financial and Investment Systems Support


• Implement and manage the business systems used for Innovorsa's financial operations, including revenue tracking, investment monitoring, and performance analytics.


• Work with the Finance and Investment teams to ensure data pipelines connect operational performance metrics to financial reporting frameworks.


• Support due diligence, investment tracking, and ROI measurement through structured data and reporting systems.


• Ensure that financial data is securely managed, compliant with accounting standards, and traceable across the operational lifecycle.


• Provide dashboard reporting on managed service profitability, cost efficiency, and investment performance.

  1. Data Governance and Performance Reporting


• Establish unified data governance standards across Innovorsa's operational and financial systems.


• Automate reporting processes for service performance, client satisfaction, and financial metrics.


• Design dashboards that integrate operational KPIs (efficiency, delivery, compliance) with financial outcomes (cost recovery, yield, ROI).


• Ensure adherence to global data protection regulations (GDPR, PDPA, CCPA) and Dataswyft's self-custody data principles.


• Enable transparent reporting for both internal stakeholders and external partners.

  1. Client Engagement and Advisory


• Lead system design and configuration for clients participating in Innovorsa's Managed Services portfolio.


• Conduct discovery sessions to understand client operations, data structures, and financial models.


• Provide ongoing advisory services to help clients improve operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, and data compliance.


• Support commercial onboarding and service renewal processes by aligning system capabilities with client business goals.


• Present system performance reviews and efficiency insights to clients and investors.

  1. Process Automation and Continuous Improvement


• Identify automation opportunities across service delivery, reporting, and financial reconciliation workflows.


• Implement and maintain automation tools (e.g., Make, Power Automate, Zapier) to reduce manual processing time.


• Continuously assess and refine Innovorsa's internal and client-facing operational systems to improve productivity and scalability.


• Document all configurations, process improvements, and operational playbooks for auditability and reuse.

  1. Training, Documentation, and Change Management


• Develop comprehensive user documentation, training materials, and knowledge bases for both internal teams and clients.


• Conduct onboarding and training for new clients and internal staff on system use and reporting functions.


• Manage change control during system upgrades, migrations, and new feature deployments.


• Foster a culture of continuous learning and data literacy across the Managed Services Unit.

Qualifications

Education


• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline.


• Certifications in CRM, ERP, or data analytics systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Power BI, or equivalent) preferred.

Experience


• 5+ years' experience in business systems implementation, managed services delivery, or enterprise operations.


• Proven experience managing systems supporting both operational and financial workflows.


• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, and analytics tools used for service and finance management.


• Exposure to financial reporting, portfolio management, or investment operations preferred.

Technical Skills


• Expertise in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and workflow automation tools (Make, Power Automate, Zapier).


• Proficiency in analytics and visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau).


• Familiarity with accounting systems (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or ERP equivalents) and data integration practices.


• Understanding of APIs, middleware, and cross-system data synchronization.


• Strong Excel and SQL data manipulation capability.
