Role Overview: As HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the people strategy for a newly expanding organization. You'll lead HR operations, talent acquisition, and organizational development initiatives to support both manufacturing excellence and shared services scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies aligned with global standards and local compliance.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical, operational, and support functions.
  • Drive performance management, employee engagement, and retention strategies.

  • Partner with leadership to support organizational design and workforce planning.

  • Oversee payroll, compensation benchmarking, and HRIS implementation.

  • Support change management and culture-building initiatives during expansion phases.

·  Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or shared services.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in setting up HR frameworks for new entities is a strong advantage.

  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin is essential for role that reports to China's leadership.
