About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Crew to join our team at Yoursnackies Desserts @ The Exchange TRX / Cheras Maluri in Kuala Lumpur. As a Service Crew, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing friendly and efficient customer service, including greeting customers, processing transactions, and addressing any inquiries or concerns
  2. Basic Barista Skills including Latte Arts.
  3. Restocking and maintaining the presentation of product displays to ensure the store is always well-stocked and visually appealing
  4. Assisting with inventory management and stock control
  5. Ensuring the retail space is clean, tidy, and well-organised at all times
  6. Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment
  7. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines

What we're looking for

  1. A friendly, customer-service oriented attitude with the ability to provide an exceptional level of customer care
  2. Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role is highly desirable
  3. Crew with Barista skills will be prioritised.
  4. Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills to juggle various responsibilities effectively
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  6. A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness
  7. A collaborative team player who is willing to pitch in and support their colleagues
  8. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
