Xlent Innovator Sdn Bhd, founded in 2010, is a Malaysia-based automation design center that aims to inspire young Malaysians passionate about advanced technology. The company provides a platform for next-generation talents in the automated design industry, fostering an ecosystem for technological advancement in Malaysia.

Responsibilities & Authorities:

1.     Design 3D concepts to fulfil customer requirements

2.     Creates Bill of Materials (BOM) for assembly & fabrication

3.     Creates modifications of machinery or machinery components to ensure conformance with customer requirements

4.     Ensure mechanical part and assembly meet the timeline

5.     To prepare machine part drawing

6.     Evaluate customer technical specifications and develop project schedule

7.     Work with project & production team to ensure smooth production by provide technical guidance and support

8.     To attend all incoming technical and engineering issue from customer

9.     Able to complete the design job on time

10.  Any other tasks as assigned by superior

Minimum Qualification:

1.     Degree holder or higher education levels required

2.     Diploma holder with minimum 2-3 years experiences is encouraged to apply

3.     Knowledge of mechanical design, automation systems and tools

4.     Independent and able to work with minimum supervision

5.     Willing to learn new skill and work as a team

6.     Own transport and willing to travel as and when required

7.     Able to work overtime

8.     Good discipline, punctuality, able to deliver requested tasks and result-oriented
