Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall building and facility maintenance.
  • Ensure all maintenance works and service contracts are up to date.
  • Maintain and update ISO documentation; support audits.
  • Ensure all electrical, solar, and utility systems are in good working condition.
  • Oversee wastewater treatment plant and comply with DOE requirements.
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports to Suruhanjaya Tenaga and other agencies.
  • Supervise contractors, vendors, and cleaning teams.
  • Support after-hours maintenance and emergency calls.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Facility Engineering.
  • 3–5 years of experience in facility or building maintenance.
  • Familiar with ISO, DOE, and Suruhanjaya Tenaga compliance.
  • Able to work independently and handle emergencies.
