About the role

As a Process Engineer at Amphenol TCS (M) Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our manufacturing processes. Based in our Bukit Minyak, Penang facility, you will be responsible for optimizing production workflows, troubleshooting issues, and implementing process improvements to drive increased quality, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing, optimising and improving manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality and safety.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to reduce costs, minimise waste and increase efficiency
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of new processes, technologies and equipment.
  • Monitoring and analysing process data, identifying trends and proposing solutions for process improvement continuously
  • Performing process capability studies, statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making t achieve operational excellence and meet production targets
  • Maintain procedures, control plan and record
  • Handle customer audit
  • Support quality team in any customer feedback

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis/ Statistic/ Industrial or any science and technology field.
  • Related working experience is an added advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Able to use microscope
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
