Job description:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
  • Analyze workflow, materials, and equipment layout to maximize production efficiency.
  • Conduct time studies and root cause analyses to identify process bottlenecks or quality issues.
  • Prepare and maintain process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process flow diagrams.
  • Support new product introduction (NPI) by designing and validating processes and tooling requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Quality and Maintenance teams to troubleshoot and resolve production problems.
  • Monitor process parameters and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Provide technical support and training to production staff.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors on process-related issues or improvements.
