Job Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

  • Manage full sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation).
  • Review and update all incoming payments (cash, credit card, online transfer, etc.) into the accounting system.
  • Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and ensure records are tidy, accurate, and up to date.

2. Payables, Receivables & Payments

  • Review and process supplier invoices, staff claims, and payments with complete documentation.
  • Prepare payment runs and ensure approvals are properly tracked.
  • Maintain AR/AP ageing reports and keep things organized for easy tracking.

3. Cash Flow & Bank Management

  • Liaise with banks on payments, deposits, and account matters.
  • Prepare cash flow forecasts and highlight funding or collection needs early.

4. Administrative & Operational Support

  • Perform reconciliation of budget limits, Aspire accounts, supplier statements, and bank accounts.
  • Support other ad-hoc accounting duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
  • 1-2 years' experience handling full sets of accounts and bookkeeping.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
