Tetap Padu Holdings Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a qualified and dedicated Site Engineer to join our project team for a housing development located in Sedili Kecil, Kota Tinggi. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating, supervising, and ensuring the smooth implementation of all civil and structural works at site.

Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee the implementation of all civil and structural works at site.
  • Work closely with the project team, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure work progress meets project requirements.
  • Conduct daily site supervision and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Ensure all works comply with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Prepare progress reports and update the S.O (Superintending Officer) when required.
  • Act as the main technical adviser on-site for civil-related activities.
Job Requirements
  • Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum five (5) years of working experience in civil and structural works.
  • Strong understanding of housing project construction processes.
  • Able to work full-time on-site throughout the contract duration.
  • Appointment is subject to approval by the S.O (Superintending Officer).
  • Good communication skills, leadership qualities, and problem-solving abilities.
