Are you passionate about sports and customer service? We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Advisor to join our sports retail team. You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service, providing expert product advice, and helping customers find the right gear to fuel their performance. Whether it's running shoes, football boots, or gym wear. You'll play a key part in creating a positive shopping experience and building customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and share product knowledge to help customers choose the right gear for their sport or fitness goals.
  • Badminton racket stringing is required as and when needed.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on current promotions, sales, and product features.
  • Drive sales by actively promoting special offers, loyalty programs, and upselling complementary items.
  • Process transactions accurately at the point of sale.
  • Replenish stock on the shop floor and ensure displays are clean and well-organized.
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock management.
  • Handle customer queries, returns, and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, tidiness and visual merchandising standards.

Requirements:

  • Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.
  • Prior working experience in stringing badminton rackets is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsible, Positive, Cheerful, Customer oriented
  • Energetic, team oriented, strong absorption and learning ability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, high volume environment
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Flexibility to work during weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
  • Credits in Mathematics
  • Posses own transport, willing to work in multiple work locations
  • Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, English, Bahasa Malaysia

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
