The Malaysian Red Crescent Society (MRC) is seeking a passionate and strategic professional to strengthen its fundraising capacity and drive sustainable resource mobilisation for humanitarian programmes nationwide.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will design and implement fundraising strategies, build long-term partnerships, and ensure MRC's financial sustainability through innovative donor engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies.
  • Cultivate relationships with corporate partners, foundations, and donors.
  • Prepare fundraising proposals, grant submissions, and reports.
  • Support project design and implementation of sustainability initiatives.
  • Represent MRC in external meetings, conferences, and donor events.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Development, or related field.
  • At least 2 years' relevant experience in fundraising, CSR, or donor relations.
  • Strong proposal writing, communication, and networking skills.
  • A proactive, analytical, and mission-driven personality.
  • Prior experience in humanitarian or NGO sectors is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
