About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and mission-driven Fundraising & Partnership Executive to strengthen MRC's resource mobilisation and sustainability efforts.

You will design creative fundraising initiatives, build lasting corporate partnerships, and help ensure the organisation's long-term financial stability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective fundraising and partnership strategies.
  • Cultivate relationships with corporates, foundations, and donors.
  • Prepare high-impact proposals, grant submissions, and donor reports.
  • Support project design and sustainability initiatives across departments.
  • Represent MRC in external meetings, events, and donor engagements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Development Studies, or related field.
  • At least 2 years' experience in fundraising, CSR, marketing, or partnerships.
  • Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Passionate about humanitarian or social-impact work.
  • Experience in NGO or non-profit sectors is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM3,750.00 per month
