CTAPPS MSC Sdn Bhd is one of Malaysia's longest leading communication technology service and solution providers, established in 1998. The company develops various telecommunication solutions for businesses, particularly in the Telco, ASP, Financial, and Enterprise industries. We focus on helping our customers serve their customers better by creating cohesive customer experiences and reducing application lifecycle management costs. Our platforms help manage CapEx and OpEx costs, maximizing investments in licenses and hardware.
Role Description
• Manage client and partners accounts.
• Generate new business opportunities for the company.
• Enhance customer experience through personalised service and support.
• Collaborate across departments to explain to customers how the products and services work.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Work with the customers and internal teams to ensure the final software solution aligns with the client's or partner's expectations.
• Help clients to solve problems when using company's products or services.
• Do presentations at meetings.
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Gather feedback from clients or partners and share with internal teams so that changes and improvements can be enhanced.
• To perform any ad hoc duties as instructed by the Superior.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Experience in developing partnership strategies and conducting market research
- Negotiation and contract management skills
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful partnership execution
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the telecommunication industry is a plus
- Able to travel
