About the role

Gard Inc Sdn Bhd. is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team in Taman Ekoperniagaan, Senai Johor. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our clients in the air solution and environmental system industry. This is a full-time position that offers excellent career development opportunities.

What you'll be doing

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the target market
  • Provide technical expertise and solutions to customers to help them achieve their business objectives
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to develop and improve product offerings
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of sales engineering experiences
  • Strong technical background
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients in both in English and Mandarin languages
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software
