Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive
Operation Manager
to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our travel agency. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in visa processing, ticketing, tour package management, and have a strong background in delivering excellent customer service. Experience in student consultancy is a plus. This individual will lead a dynamic team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Management
  :
• Oversee daily operations of the tour and travel business, ensuring seamless execution of services.
• Manage tour package creation, itineraries, and client bookings.
• Ensure smooth coordination between different departments (sales, customer service, and suppliers).
• Visa Processing & Ticketing
  :
• Manage and facilitate visa processing for clients, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and timelines.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other service providers to manage bookings, confirmations, and cancellations.
• Ensure all travel documents are complete and accurate.
• Team Leadership & Management
  :
• Supervise and guide a team of tour specialists, customer service agents, and other operational staff.
• Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team performance and knowledge.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Customer Service
  :
• Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and queries in a timely manner.
• Oversee client feedback, resolve issues, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate with sales teams to design tailored travel solutions and tour packages.
• Financial & Budget Management
  :
• Oversee budgets for travel operations, ensuring costs are managed effectively without compromising on service quality.
• Ensure proper invoicing and payment tracking for all bookings and services.
• Student Consultancy (If applicable)
  :
• Provide consultancy services to students looking to study abroad, including advice on visa processes, documentation, and travel arrangements.
• Assist in the development of marketing strategies for student consultancy services.

Required Qualifications & Skills
:

• Experience
  :
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in travel operations, with a strong focus on visa processing, ticketing, and tour package management.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Experience in student consultancy is a plus but not required.
• Skills
  :
• In-depth knowledge of visa requirements and travel documentation.
• Strong background in the travel industry and tour package creation.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and staff.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality customer service.
• Education
  :
• A degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
