What we do

CODADA supports manufacturers with market entry and partner management across Asia, the Middle East, and Europe.

We work hands-on with clients and local partners to ensure market entry projects are executed properly and followed through over time.

About the Role

This role supports and manages ongoing international market entry projects.

The focus is on structured follow-up with clients and partners, coordination across markets, and ensuring projects move forward as planned.

The role is based in Kuala Lumpur, with the option to work from our KLCC office or in a hybrid setup.

Travel is required from time to time.

Key Responsibilties

  • Manage follow-up with clients and local partners involved in market entry projects
  • Coordinate ongoing activities across multiple international markets
  • Support communication between clients and partners to ensure clarity and progress
  • Track project status and ensure next steps are executed
  • Participate in meetings, calls, and international market visits

Profile

  • Experience in international coordination, partnerships, programs, or similar roles
  • Comfortable working across cultures and time zones
  • Strong follow-up and organizational skills
  • Clear written and spoken English
  • Background in international business, trade, consulting, or similar fields is a plus
  • No sales targets. No commission-only setup.
