Manager (Longevity Center)

The Manager oversees the overall performance, growth, and daily operations of the longevity center. This role combines strategic management with operational leadership to ensure the center runs efficiently and delivers high-quality client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business & Financial Management

  • Drive revenue growth, manage budgets, and monitor P&L performance.
  • Develop business strategies, pricing, and service packages.

2. Marketing & Business Development

  • Plan and implement marketing activities to attract and retain clients.
  • Manage partnerships, brand presence, and promotional initiatives.

3. Human Resources & Leadership

  • Lead the team, including training, performance reviews, and staff development.
  • Oversee hiring and maintain a positive work culture.

4. Service Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure all services meet clinical, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Work with practitioners to maintain and improve service offerings.

5. Operations & Frontline Oversight

  • Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and client service flow.
  • Handle escalated client issues and ensure smooth front-of-house operations.
  • Monitor inventory, administrative processes, and daily reporting.
  • Ensure treatment rooms and operational areas are well-prepared and compliant.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM6,000.00 per month
