Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and TikTok, ensuring cohesive storytelling and audience engagement.
  • Manage social media content calendars, posting schedules, and community interaction to maintain an active and authentic brand presence.
  • Oversee Meta Ads campaigns from setup and targeting to performance tracking and optimization.
  • Lead end-to-end event marketing including concept ideation, vendor management, sponsorships, and on-site brand execution.
  • Build collaborations with wellness brands, lifestyle partners, women's health communities, and local media for co-branded campaigns and activations.
  • Produce creative marketing materials such as visuals, Reels, and videos aligned with Femma Clinic's elegant, empowering identity.
  • Monitor campaign analytics, trends, and audience insights to refine marketing performance and strengthen ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with the management and clinical teams to ensure all marketing reflects Femma Clinic's mission and values.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation (health or wellness industry preferred).
  • Fresh graduates with strong creative and technical skills are welcome to apply.
  • Skilled in Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and CapCut. Any other creative or editing software is a bonus point.
  • Strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
  • Passionate about women's health, wellness, and community impact.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
