About the role

As a Draughtsperson at BW Perunding Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in the engineering design process. Working within a collaborative team, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and schematics that bring our clients' projects to life. This full-time position is based in Kuala Lumpur, offering the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting engineering initiatives.

What you'll be doing

  • Producing accurate and detailed 2D and 3D engineering drawings using CAD software
  • Interpreting design specifications and translating them into technical plans
  • Collaborating with engineers, and project managers to ensure drawings meet project requirements
  • Maintaining thorough documentation and version control of all engineering drawings
  • Providing support and assistance to the wider engineering team as needed
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest drafting techniques and technologies

What we're looking for

  • Certificate or Diploma in Engineering Drafting or a related technical field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Draughtsman or in a similar technical role
  • Applicants from IKIM are welcome
  • Proficient in using CAD software such as AutoCAD and Revit
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with technical specifications
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • To prepare a full set of tender drawings, construction drawings and other related drawings according to specifications
