Project Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Tech Lead (Angular & .NET) to join our healthcare IT development team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in their domain and a strong understanding of modern technology stacks, agile methodologies, and cross-functional team collaboration.

Job Description:

  • Lead the architecture, design, and end-to-end development of enterprise-scale web applications using Angular and .NET Core.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including BA, QA, DevOps, and UI/UX to ensure cohesive technical solutions.
  • Define coding standards, establish development guidelines, and enforce best practices.
  • Mentor and support junior and mid-level developers through code reviews, technical discussions, and training sessions.
  • Oversee sprint planning, task allocation, progress tracking, and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
  • Evaluate new technologies, tools, and frameworks for potential adoption.
  • Drive improvements in scalability, performance, security, and maintainability of solutions.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
  • Advanced expertise in Angular (v10+), TypeScript, RxJS, HTML/CSS, and .NET Core/ASP.NET.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, Entity Framework, SQL Server, and micro services architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (preferably Microsoft Azure).
  • Proficient with Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing strategies.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and oral).
