Job Description:

  1. Lead full-stack development for responsive desktop & mobile websites.
  2. Develop and maintain web applications, backend services, and APIs (PHP, Laravel/Symfony).
  3. Work closely with UI/UX, Tech, and Project teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  4. Perform front-end development (Vue/React, JS/TS, HTML, CSS, SCSS) with seamless backend integration.
  5. Conduct testing, debugging, and cross-browser/device checks.
  6. Optimize database performance (MySQL/MariaDB) and ensure data security.
  7. Implement security best practices (OWASP, XSS, CSRF, SQL injection prevention).
  8. Manage Git repositories, contribute to CI/CD workflows, and prepare technical documentation.
  9. Troubleshoot system issues and ensure smooth production operations.
  10. Lead and mentor the development team.

Requirements :

  1. Strong proficiency in PHP 7/8 and major frameworks (Laravel/Symfony).
  2. Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, / React, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS.
  3. Strong database skills (MySQL/MariaDB) with query optimization.
  4. Experience with RESTful APIs (GraphQL is a plus).
  5. Familiar with Linux servers, Nginx/Apache, Docker, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS/DigitalOcean/Azure).
  6. Knowledge of caching (Redis/Memcached), Composer, NPM, and modern development tools.
  7. Minimum 5 years full-stack experience + 2 years team lead/senior experience.
  8. Strong leadership in code review, mentoring, task delegation, and performance evaluation.
  9. Good understanding of Agile/Scrum and project planning.
  10. CRM experience is mandatory.
  11. Good communication, strong problem-solving skills, and high sense of ownership.
  12. Must be able to work under pressure.
  13. Based in KL preferred.
  14. Able to speak and read Chinese and English is an advantage.

  1. Microservices, Jenkins/GitLab CI, scalable/high-traffic systems.
  2. Basic UI/UX understanding.
  3. eCommerce, fintech, or SaaS background.
