Role Overview:

The
Senior Graphic Designer
will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, designing and executing a wide range of creative assets that support the organization's brand identity, marketing initiatives and retail/digital campaigns. The role is essential in elevating the company's visual communication, ensuring consistency, impact and high-quality creative output.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, design and execute high-quality creative materials including campaign visuals, store signage, digital ads, and packaging, social media content, and point-of-sale materials.
  • Translate marketing objectives and brand strategies into visually appealing and effective design concepts across both online and offline channels.
  • Manage the end-to-end creative process, including brainstorming, conceptualization, layout development, artwork refinement and preparation of final deliverables.
  • Ensure all design outputs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency and quality across various platforms and formats.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, retail operations, merchandising and external vendors to understand campaign needs, target audiences and production requirements.
  • Work with printing partners and production houses to ensure accurate color reproduction, material suitability and timely delivery of marketing collateral.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor visuals, new design tools and creative techniques to improve the effectiveness and modernity of visual materials.
  • Support the development and enhancement of brand guidelines, visual libraries and digital asset repositories to standardize creative workflow.
  • Provide guidance or mentorship to junior designers when required, ensuring alignment with project expectations and quality standards.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality benchmarks are consistently met.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience in graphic or visual design within consumer-driven, retail or brand-focused environments.
  • Strong design portfolio demonstrating expertise in both print and digital mediums, including campaign visuals, packaging, merchandising and social media content.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); experience in motion graphics or video editing is an added advantage.
  • Excellent sense of layout, typography, color theory and visual hierarchy with the ability to develop compelling and brand-aligned designs.
  • Strong understanding of production processes, printing requirements and material specifications.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, external agencies and vendors.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive and creative mindset, with the ability to propose fresh ideas aligned with brand direction and marketing goals.
