- Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives - Talent Management:
Oversee the entire employee lifecycle - Employee Relations:
Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing and resolving employee grievances, mediating conflicts, and ensuring fair treatment for all staff. - Training and Development:
Identify training needs, plan and coordinate training programs, workshops, and seminars to enhance employee skills and knowledge. - HR Operations:
Oversee all administrative HR functions, including maintaining accurate employee records, managing HR budgets, and using HRIS to streamline processes. - Culture and Engagement:
Champion a positive work culture and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar deputy managerial HR role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience with HR software and databases.
