Monthly

Prepare ECL Computation: Ensure timely and accurate completion of ECL provisions for upload to the MFRS9 system, generating expected credit loss reports to all stakeholders

Coordinate with Business Divisions: Liaise with business divisions to project cash flows for IA accounts, review these cash flows, and secure proper sign-off from respective business division heads.

Assist with MFRS 9 Outputs and Reports: Extract and review MFRS 9 outputs and reports, including T2 and T4 ECL listings, general ledger and management reports, MIP, cash flow, GL posting, and SICR analysis. Assist in checking ECL computations and perform details analysis on ECL provision.

Prepare ECL Simulations: Perform ECL simulations as requested by the business unit for various scenarios.

Compute Gain/Loss on Modified Loans/Financing and Mora fee: Calculate gains or losses on modified loans/financing due to rescheduling and restructuring and mora fee.

Assess Recovery Costs: Compute recovery cost assessments for annual financial audits.

Serve as Secretary for Group Impairment Committee (GIC) Meetings: Provide secretarial support for GIC meetings.

Assist in finance compliance related matters

Ad-Hoc

Submit BNM Quarterly Reports: Ensure timely submission of BNM quarterly reports.

Review Affinity KPI Reports: Check the Affinity Key Performance Indicator reports.

Participate in Disaster Recovery Testing: Engage in MFRS 9 disaster recovery testing.

Safekeep Documents: Ensure proper safekeeping of documents within the MFRS 9 unit.

Assist in UAT Testing: Support UAT testing for system implementations and enhancements.

Respond to Queries: Address queries related to MFRS9 and IA matters promptly.

Engage with Stakeholders: Interact with DXC IT vendors, business divisions, finance teams, etc.

Coordinate Financial Provisioning: Serve as the administrative coordinator for financial provisioning matters.

Perform Other Ad-Hoc Functions: Undertake any other ad-hoc functions assigned by supervisor/ immediate manager
