The Role: Human Resource Manager
We're looking to connect with experienced HR professionals who have led teams and driven impactful HR initiatives. You may be a great fit if you bring expertise in one or more of the following areas:
Leading and managing HR teams to implement initiatives that support business goals across the organisation
Delivering key HR processes across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, manpower planning, engagement, performance management, compensation & benefits, and offboarding
Leading the Centre of Excellence (COE), such as in Organisational Development and Talent Management
Advising and supporting managers on employee relations, legal compliance, and adherence to local labour laws and policies
Facilitating critical conversations with employees and business leaders, especially around complex or sensitive issues
Driving continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance HR processes, policies, and service delivery
Who This Role Is For
Proven experience in a senior HR role, with a strong track record in leading HR initiatives and teams
High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential matters
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organisation
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire, develop, and manage high-performing teams
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to advise and influence business leaders
Solid organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with sound decision-making under pressure
Deep understanding of HR best practices, employment legislation, and compliance requirements
Ability to build trusted relationships across diverse teams and foster a collaborative work environment
Resilience in navigating change and ambiguity, with a flexible mindset and respect for different working styles
