Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, sign, and manage KOLs, content creators, and artists for digital campaigns.
  • Develop content plans and collaboration strategies aligned with marketing goals.
  • Coordinate content production, livestreams, and video schedules with creators.
  • Monitor creator performance and content metrics, evaluate effectiveness, and continuously optimize collaborations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with creators, agencies, and partner platforms.
  • Research market trends and competitor activities to identify high-potential talent and KOL resources.
Requirements
  • Diploma or above, with 2+ years of experience in talent management, KOL management, or livestream/content creator operations.
  • Familiarity with overseas social media platforms, such as TikTok, YouTube, Bigo, Facebook.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and resource integration skills.
  • High execution ability, responsibility, and independence in driving projects.
  • Fluent in both Chinese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience managing influencer or talent resources in any industry is a plus (industry-neutral).
