Role Summary:

You will be responsible for generating a predictable pipeline of qualified B2B leads through outbound outreach. This is a performance-driven role requiring discipline, consistency, and strong communication.

Responsibilities:

  • 200 outbound touches weekly (email, LinkedIn, calls)
  • 40 meaningful conversations weekly
  • 10 qualified meetings weekly
  • Research and build Malaysian lead lists
  • Qualify leads using BANT
  • Book meetings with decision-makers
  • Maintain RM300,000 qualified pipeline
  • Update CRM daily (zero missing data)

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years SDR/BDR/inside sales experience (preferred)
  • Fresh grads with strong communication may apply
  • Excellent English and BM
  • Strong discipline and consistency
  • Comfortable with rejection
  • Process-driven and organised

Compensation:

  • Base: RM2,800 – RM4,500
  • Commission per qualified meeting
  • 1% closed-deal commission
  • KPI bonus monthly
