Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service Excellence

  • Greet customers warmly and courteously at all times.
  • Take orders accurately and offer product recommendations when appropriate.
  • Deliver prompt, friendly, and professional service to ensure a positive customer experience.

2. Order Preparation & Service

  • Prepare food and beverages according to the outlet's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Serve orders efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and accuracy.

3. Outlet Cleanliness & Hygiene

  • Maintain cleanliness of the service counter, dining area, and equipment.
  • Follow all hygiene and sanitation standards in compliance with local health regulations.
  • Clear tables, clean trays, and reset seating areas promptly.

4. Inventory & Stock Support

  • Assist in restocking condiments, utensils, packaging, and other supplies.
  • Notify the supervisor immediately when stock levels are low or items are missing.

5. Team Collaboration

  • Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Be flexible and assist in other outlet tasks such as food preparation or delivery packing when required.

6. Health & Safety Compliance

  • Comply with all food safety, occupational safety, and emergency procedures.
  • Report any hazards, accidents, or unsafe practices to the supervisor immediately.

7. Professional Conduct

  • Adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and workplace etiquette.
  • Be punctual, responsible, and respectful at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
