Working location: Bayan Lepas, Penang

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Procurement Processes: Oversee requisitions, approvals, and ensure timely issuance of purchase orders.

  • Asset Disposal Documentation: Complete all documentation related to asset disposal, including invoicing purchasers of equipment and fleet assets sold.

  • Customer Account Setup: Initiate requests for customer account creation to support asset disposal activities.

  • Query Resolution: Respond to and resolve inquiries related to equipment and fleet asset disposals.

  • Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly Profit on Sold Assets (POSA) reports for fleet/equipment sales.

  • Reconciliation & Corrective Actions: Identify and rectify reconciling items during the match/validation process.

  • Journal Management: Create journals using prescribed templates and submit for posting.

  • Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits as required.

  • Performance Standards: Work within agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement or customer support is valued; however, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is an advantage.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
