Responsible for all facilities installation and upkeep activities in the company premises. Responsible for refrigeration and ASRS installation, repair and maintenance activities, to ensure good performance in order to meet the factory operations and production target output.

  1. Oversee all factory facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and installations of various systems.
  2. Strategize and manage the Facilities Team to meet company objectives.
  3. Ensure compliance with BRC, Halal, GMP, HACCP, DOSH, DOE, and statutory requirements in maintenance activities.
  4. Establish world-class standards and promote a quality culture.
  5. Manage policies, guidelines, and document compliance with standards.
  6. Maintain accurate maintenance records and related documents.
  7. Liaise with utilities providers for services and compliance.
  8. Set and monitor KPIs for the Facilities Team.
  9. Plan and lead preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
  10. Support production processes to meet output and quality targets.
  11. Coordinate with other departments for efficient first-line maintenance.
  12. Ensure a safe working environment, conduct regular audits, and manage housekeeping.
  13. To carry out other duties and tasks as directed by the Management in line with competencies and activities associated with any of the above processes.

Job Requirements

  1. Possess Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  2. At least 5 years of working experience in the same capacity.
  3. Possess strategic thinking abilities and effective communication skills within a multi-layered group.
  4. Ability to balance teamwork with resource competition among other departments.
  5. Demonstrate a deep understanding of the company's business model and embrace its values.
  6. Show proficiency in team building and strong leadership capabilities.
  7. Must be willing to work at Pulau Indah, Klang.
