About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Inside Partner Account Manager to nurture distributor partner relationships, drive digital sales motions, and accelerate cloud/software pipeline growth. You will work closely with channel partners across Southeast Asia to support deal execution, partner enablement, and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with
    distributor and reseller partners
    across MY/SG/PH/TH.
  • Guide partners on sales strategies, deal pipeline movement, and program benefits.
  • Influence partners to increase product adoption and drive sales activities.
  • Support
    deal execution
    by coordinating deadlines, approvals, and pricing processes.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance and identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Enablement) for partner success.

Must-Have Requirements

  • Minimum
    2+ years
    working with
    distributors or channel partners
    (IT, Cloud, Software, Hardware Distribution).
  • Strong experience in
    sales management activities
    , including:
  • Pipeline monitoring
  • Digital sales motions
  • Deal deadlines / deal support coordination
  • Ability to
    engage, influence, and build trust
    with external partners.
  • Exposure working with
    Southeast Asia (MY/SG/PH/TH) market
    environments.
  • Degree/Diploma
    in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field.

Nice to Have

  • Education or
    certification in Cloud
    solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Working knowledge of
    cloud ecosystems
    and partner programs.
  • Experience within
    distributors, CSPs, VARs, or IT channel ecosystems
    .
