As our new
Channel Account Manager
, you will be part of our highly skilled sales team, where you will be responsible for
attracting new partners of the channel segment
, as well as
driving higher value engagement with existing partners
, focusing on
channel accounts
,
increasing adoption
and retention
. In addition, you will be responsible for
accelerating market growth
and
lead with core (Optimization and Services)
, by focusing on solutions to drive high value.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive channel business development, pipeline generation, sales and marketing, and demand creation activities, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely CRM reporting
- Produce regular sales dashboards and performance reports, including revenue, quota attainment, and incentive program metrics
- Plan and build the channel pipeline, forecasts, opportunity progression, order booking, and collections on a regular basis, while delivering KPI performance, identifying gaps, and resolving sales process issues
- Deliver on revenue, sales, and gross profit targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, aligned with overall country objectives
- Develop strong knowledge of products, solutions, and services relevant to partners and publishers
Your Competencies
- 5+ years of experience
in
sales
or
Channel Account Management - Proven experience in
solution selling multi-cloud solutions
and
software licensing
, preferably in the
IT partner/channel ecosystem
or
vendor space
; experience with
Microsoft products
is an advantage - Experience working with
Channel or Partner Development - Negotiation, presentation and sales skills

- You are results-oriented, customer-focused, and entrepreneurial, with the agility and drive to thrive under tight deadlines
- You are an excellent communicator and negotiator, skilled in engaging stakeholders from technical teams (basics, brings in pre-sales for technical discussions) to CXO
- You stay up to date with market trends to anticipate and understand evolving partner needs
