About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive HR & Payroll Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle full-spectrum payroll processing and support day-to-day HR operations to ensure a smooth and compliant workflow across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Management

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Handle statutory contributions and submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF).
  • Maintain payroll data, attendance, and leave records.
  • Manage salary adjustments, claims, bonuses, and overtime calculations.

HR Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare HR-related letters (offer, confirmation, warning, resignation, etc.).
  • Support recruitment activities – job postings, interview coordination, onboarding, and exit procedures.
  • Administer leave management and employee benefits.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure HR and payroll operations comply with local labour laws and statutory requirements.
  • Generate monthly HR and payroll reports.
  • Assist in HR audits and documentation.

Employee Relations

  • Support employee engagement, welfare initiatives, and internal communication activities.
  • Act as a liaison between management and staff on HR-related matters.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or equivalent.
  • Familiar with Malaysia's Employment Act and statutory compliance is added advantage
  • Hands-on experience with HR or Payroll systems (e.g., SQL Payroll, AutoCount, Kakitangan, etc) will be an added advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and time management.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
