Responsibilities

  • To handle full set of accounts following accounting principles, compliance with applicable standard and regulations.
  • Prepare & oversee full spectrum of accounting, month-end closing, year-end closing, audit schedules, tax, stock control, etc.
  • Responsible for management, statutory and group reporting requirements.
  • Responsible for the development of business plans, budget and cash flow forecast.
  • Responsible for Finance audit and tax matters.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract, recruit and retain talents.
  • To manage a payroll systems, staff benefit, yearly performance and appraisal.
  • Develop, design and implement of HR policies to support the company business objectives and compliance with law and regulatory.
  • To handle disciplinary matter including staff counselling, grievances handling, domestic inquiry & termination process & other industrial relation procedures in compliance with local Labour Law.
  • Other administration duties where required and part of the scope.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the superior/management from time to time.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Professional or Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
  • At least 5 year(s) managerial/supervising of working experience in audit, financial accounting and HR.
  • Familiar with Accpac, Auto Count Accounting & HR software would be an added advantage.
  • Computer literate and knowledgeable of Ms Excel, Word and Power Point.
  • Good command of written and spoken in English, Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin will be an added advantage.
