Ringkasan Jawatan

Pelajar Latihan Industri akan membantu pasukan pemasaran dalam melaksanakan aktiviti pemasaran digital dan operasi pemasaran SkoolBeez. Pelajar akan terlibat secara langsung dalam pengurusan media sosial, penciptaan kandungan, penyediaan bahan promosi serta sokongan komunikasi dan pembentangan kepada pihak berkepentingan seperti sekolah dan institusi pendidikan.

Tanggungjawab Utama

  1. Suntingan Imej & Video Asas

  2. Menyunting imej dan video asas untuk kegunaan pemasaran seperti poster, video pendek dan kandungan media sosial.

  3. Menyediakan bahan visual bagi tujuan promosi, pembentangan dan kempen pemasaran digital.

  4. Menggunakan perisian atau aplikasi seperti Canva, CapCut atau platform setara.

  5. Pengurusan Media Sosial

  6. Membantu mengurus akaun media sosial SkoolBeez (contoh: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).

  7. Menjadual, memuat naik dan menyusun kandungan mengikut pelan pemasaran yang ditetapkan.

  8. Membantu memantau interaksi pengguna seperti komen dan mesej secara profesional.

  9. Penciptaan Kandungan & Copywriting

  10. Menghasilkan kandungan bertulis seperti kapsyen media sosial, teks promosi dan kandungan pemasaran ringkas.

  11. Mencadangkan idea kandungan yang kreatif dan selari dengan imej jenama SkoolBeez.

  12. Membantu menyemak dan menambah baik kandungan sedia ada supaya lebih menarik dan berkesan.

  13. Komunikasi & Pembentangan

  14. Membantu menyediakan slaid pembentangan, bahan taklimat dan dokumen pemasaran.

  15. Menyokong pasukan dalam sesi taklimat, pembentangan atau perjumpaan bersama pihak sekolah.

  16. Berkomunikasi secara profesional dengan pasukan dalaman dan pihak luar syarikat.

  17. Sokongan Operasi Pemasaran

  18. Membantu tugasan operasi harian pemasaran termasuk dokumentasi, kemas kini data dan laporan ringkas.

  19. Terlibat dalam aktiviti promosi lapangan, lawatan sekolah atau program pemasaran (jika diperlukan).

Kelayakan & Keperluan

  • Pelajar Diploma atau Ijazah dalam bidang Pemasaran, Perniagaan, Keusahawanan atau bidang berkaitan.
  • Boleh berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Melayu & Bahasa Inggeris.
  • Mempunyai kemahiran asas suntingan imej dan video.
  • Berminat dalam pemasaran digital, media sosial dan pembangunan kandungan.
  • Mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi dan pembentangan yang baik.
  • Bersikap proaktif, bertanggungjawab dan bersedia belajar.

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From RM500.00 per month
