Develop and implement corporate brand strategies aligned with the company's vision and business goals.
Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels by coordinating campaigns, sponsorships and CSR programs.
Develop and maintain the Corporate Identity Manual (CIM) for all Group companies, ensuring brand alignment across all departments and materials.
Plan, design and produce communication materials (e.g. brochures, digital content, internal announcements, presentations).
Manage corporate social media accounts and execute planned uploads to maintain brand presence and engagement.
Prepare and circulate quarterly newsletters across the Group featuring company updates and internal messages.
Draft and disseminate media releases, manage media relations and maintain an up-to-date media contact database.
Monitor and respond to public and employee feedback across digital channels; escalate issues as needed.
Lead internal engagement initiatives that reinforce corporate values and branding (e.g., campaigns, posters, contests).
Submit monthly reports detailing communication activity, branding compliance, social media analytics, and improvement actions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM5, RM6,000.00 per month
