Job Descriptions:

  • Financial Management & Reporting
  • Lead the preparation of monthly, half yearly and annual financial reports in accordance with Accounting Standard, Statutory Requirements and Listing Requirement
  • Ensure compliance with Listing Requirements, including continuous disclosure obligations, monthly/half yearly announcements, other announcements and annual reporting
  • Manage monthly, ad-hoc, and annual announcements by coordinating with all relevant stakeholders and ensure timely uploads to the company website
  • Internal Controls & Risk Management
  • Assist in completion of ESG Report
  • Manage budgeting, cash flow forecasting and variance analysis
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of consolidated financial statements to top management
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulatory and statutory requirements
  • Proficient in ERP systems and business processes to drive operational efficiency
  • Lead credit control reviews and oversee collection effectiveness
  • Manage statutory audits, including preparation of financial statements and coordination with external auditors
  • Manage the company's tax matters, including government service taxes and corporate tax, across all subsidiaries and related companies
  • Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents, corporate secretaries, and other external parties or stakeholders
  • Handle special / ad-hoc projects assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a Professional qualification (ACCA / CPA) or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Strong leadership skills with a willingness to support team members
  • Meticulous attention to details, results-oriented
  • Excellent in written, communication and presentation skill
