Job Descriptions:

  • Installing and configuring computer operating systems and applications
  • Implement, manage and coordinate daily operations site support
  • Guarantee availability of all LAN/WAN system
  • Provide 1st level support for network, server and user
  • IT Asset Management
  • Perform fault finding, trouble shooting and all aspects of network and core systems infrastructure
  • Manage or participate in projects for IT process improvement
  • Maintaining records of software licences, hardware assets, user accounts, service record, etc
  • Any ad-hoc duties when assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Good troubleshooting skills
  • Able to handle multiple projects at the same time
  • Self-motivated with attention to detail
