Responsibilities

  • Assist in the assembly, installation, configuration, maintenance, and delivery of products or projects.
  • Provide on-site support including troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware or software issues.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment at all times.
  • Ensure tools, parts, and equipment are properly maintained and in good working condition.
  • Prepare accurate and timely documentation such as installation reports, job sheets, and service summaries.
  • Be available for on-call support outside of regular working hours when required.
  • Continuously update knowledge of latest technologies; attend training or workshops as needed.
  • Undertake additional tasks or assignments as instructed by supervisors or management.

Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in installation, repair, soldering, or a related technical role.
  • Strong technical aptitude with proven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a collaborative team, especially in fast-paced environments.
  • Must be able to travel and work outstation when required.
  • Must possess a valid car driving licence.
  • Must possess own transportation.

Job Type: Full-time
