The ideal candidate will be comfortable with creating an engineering plan for land development based on their calculations and any research conducted. They should have experience with AutoCAD and be able to utilize strong design skills in order to create visual aids. By utilizing strong organizational and communication skills, this candidate will also have the ability to execute a project based on the criteria outlined.

Responsibilities

  • Using design software (AutoCAD) to create project drawings and renderings
  • Check construction drawings for accuracy and completeness for construction, material planning internal inspection management.
  • Preparing material, equipment and labor cost estimates and confirming costs are within the budget
  • Liaise with suppliers, sub-contractors and local authorities for project related matters and requirements
  • Ensure the preparation and compilation of project related matters and requirements
  • Assist in monitoring the on-site rectification quality and construction progress

Qualifications

  • Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.
  • Fluent in English/Mandarin/Malay
  • Experience with AutoCAD
  • Take responsibility and have a proactive and collaborative work style.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
