Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Social Media Manager based in WP. Kuala Lumpur, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Senior Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media campaigns, creating content strategies, optimizing social media platforms, analyzing engagement metrics for continuous improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
  • Proficiency in crafting and implementing effective Content Strategies and Writing
  • Excellent Communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
  • Proven experience in analyzing social media performance and applying data-driven solutions
  • Ability to stay updated on social media trends and apply them to strategic initiatives
  • Familiarity with the Web3 industry and APAC market trends is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management capabilities
