The IT Executive supports SF Coffee's operations by ensuring all IT systems, store technologies, and digital platforms run smoothly. This role covers outlet support, backend administration, and coordination with vendors to maintain stable and secure operations across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first- and second-level support for store systems including POS, payment terminals, network connectivity, routers, switches, and printers.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot Digital Menu Boards, ensuring content updates, scheduling, and display uptime.
  • Provide support for Self-Order Kiosks, including hardware maintenance, software issues, payment flows, and integration with POS.
  • Monitor data accuracy and transactional flows across POS, kiosk, loyalty app, and backend dashboards.
  • Coordinate with vendors for system repairs, upgrades, digital signage content management, and kiosk system enhancements.
  • Assist with system deployments, new outlet opening setups, and IT-related project rollouts.
  • Manage user accounts and ensure proper access control across applications.
  • Prepare documentation, SOPs, and regular performance or incident reports.
  • Ensure compliance with IT standards, cybersecurity guidelines, and audit requirements.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • 1–2 years of IT support experience, preferably in retail or F&B.
  • Good troubleshooting skills in Windows, networking, POS systems, digital signage, and kiosk applications.
  • Familiarity with payment gateway integration, e-invoicing systems, and store technology operations is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to support non-technical users.
  • Able to work on standby rotation, including weekends or public holidays when necessary.
  • Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
