About the role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Admin to join our growing team at Sellmax Sdn Bhd in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. As an Admin, you will play a vital role in supporting our Marketing & Communications department and contributing to the overall success of the company. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for career development and growth.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing administrative support to the Marketing & Communications team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records
  2. Assisting with the preparation of marketing materials, such as presentations, brochures, and social media content
  3. Coordinating the logistics of events and promotional activities
  4. Conducting market research and gathering relevant data to support marketing initiatives
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of marketing campaigns
  6. Maintaining and updating the company's website and social media platforms
  7. Performing other ad-hoc administrative duties as required

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or marketing support role
  2. Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  4. Familiarity with standard office software, such as Microsoft Office(Power Point, Words, Excel) and Canva
  5. A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Enthusiasm for the marketing and communications industry
