Job Description

We are looking for an organised and proactive HR & Admin Executive to support our company's daily operations. The role covers HR administration, payroll processing, general admin, and purchasing tasks.


Responsibilities

1. Human Resources (HQ Office)

  • Assist in the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and staff records management.
  • Maintain and update employee personal files, attendance, and leave records.
  • Prepare HR-related letters such as appointment letters, confirmation letters, and memos.
  • Assist in handling employee relations, disciplinary matters, and HR documentation.

2. Payroll Administration (HQ & Hotel)

  • Prepare monthly payroll, including allowances, deductions, overtime, and claims.
  • Ensure accurate contributions for EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, and statutory compliance.
  • Generate payroll reports and ensure timely salary disbursement.

3. General Administration (HQ Office)

  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, documentation, data entry, and office coordination.
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and inventory records.
  • Coordinate maintenance or servicing of office equipment.

4. Purchasing (HQ)

  • Monitor and maintain Purchase Requests (PR) submitted by respective departments.
  • Ensure PRs follow the correct approval flow and are processed timely.
  • Update and track PR status until completion.
  • Coordinate with departments for any missing information or clarification.

Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Admin, Hospitality or related field
  • Min 1–2 years of working experience in HR, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment
  • Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act & statutory contributions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Strong communication, teamwork & multitasking skills
