About the Role

We're looking for ambitious and dynamic Regional Sales Associates to join our fast-growing team at Statworks (M) Sdn Bhd. If you thrive on closing deals, building long-term relationships, and representing some of the most advanced Analytics and AI solutions in the market — this is your opportunity to shine. At Statworks, we empower organizations across government, education, and enterprise sectors with cutting-edge analytics and intelligence platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow customer accounts within assigned territories (Central/Northern/Eastern/ Southern region).
  • Drive sales of analytics and AI software solutions to academia, government, GLCs, and enterprise clients.
  • Conduct impactful product demos, presentations, and solution briefings.
  • Handle customer inquiries, prepare proposals, and follow up to close deals.
  • Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to deliver complete customer solutions.
  • Execute sales campaigns and demand-generation activities to boost pipeline growth.
  • Maintain strong relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in analytics
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Willing to travel (especially for Johor-based position covering Singapore market).
  • Must have own transport.
