Client Care Representative (Singapore Market)

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Salary: Up to RM 4,500 + Quarterly Bonuses

What You Will Do:
  • Provide exceptional client support to Singapore-based customers through professional and empathetic service.
  • Shift Work (Morning, Afternoon and Night Shift - rotational depending on allocated team)
  • Respond to enquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless banking experience.
  • Assist with product guidance and cross-selling (full training provided).
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely follow-ups and resolutions.
  • Maintain service excellence and accuracy in a dynamic call centre environment.

Who We're Looking For:
  • Minimum 1 year of Customer Service / Call Centre / Frontline experience.
  • Chinese-speaking candidates strongly preferred (to support Mandarin-speaking customers in Singapore).
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Malay, and Mandarin.
  • Willing to work on rotational shifts (24/7) — night shifts not required during initial training.
  • Proactive, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality service.
  • Comfortable staying back occasionally when required.
