Key Responsibilities:
Marketplace Management:
- Assisting, Manage & Responsible Upload/Update of products, information on our online marketplaces : Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and others.
- Continuously monitor product listings, content, pricing, and inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability.
- To ensure items are correctly received and delivered out, printing CN.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales on these platforms.
- Planning of campaigns such as product promotion, launches, listing
- Oversee day-to-day activities related to Ecommerce operations.
- Customer Services
- Pricing Update
- All related admin job
Requirements:
- Experience within would be a strong advantage.
- Strong communication, listening, problem-solving skills & willing to learn
- Proactive, highly organized and efficient with a can-do attitude.
- Experience in working with Google Sheets, Photoshop (basic photo editing) is an advantage.
- Independent and flexible to take on new tasks
