Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations, including data entry and invoice processing.
  • Handle AR duties such as issuing invoices, tracking and following up on outstanding payments, and updating customer account information.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Prepare and issue debit notes and credit notes as required.
  • Enter AP invoices, check sales invoices, and assist in calculating driver commissions.
  • Prepare standard journal entries and ensure timely reconciliation of AP and AR balances.
  • Support the preparation of monthly management reports.
  • Assist with general accounting and administrative duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Preferably 1 year or more experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
  • Candidates with experience handling a full set of accounts will be given added consideration.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM3,800.00 per month
