As a Digital Nurturing Executive based at INTI International University & College (Subang Campus), you'll engage prospective students through personalized, data-driven communication—guiding them toward informed education choices and enhancing the overall student experience.

What you'll be doing: -

  • Engage & influence prospects using selling skills & INTI Program Counselling Methodologies to build complete higher education discovery solutions while maintaining a balance of high velocity and high sales service that inspires.
  • Drive new international student enrollments to organization.
  • Achieve given sales target within cycle.
  • Perform outbound touch points to drive Enrollments to INTI campuses via digital communication technology.
  • Handling inbound enquiries from online, social media, email and live chat sources.
  • Provide face‐to‐face counseling to online lead prospects.
  • Assist with student's eligibility checking, visa application, airport pick up and medical checkup arrangements.
  • Maintain and update prospect information into state‐of‐the‐art Customer Relations Management system.
  • Use all relevant sales tools to achieve the above to drive growth and exceed department goals.

What we're looking for: -

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • Applicants must have own transport.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Subang Jaya, Selangor.
  • Has good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Has outstanding communication skills - both written and oral (English and Malay). The ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Dynamic, persuasive and passionate about sales.
  • Willing to work in fast-paced environment.
  • Fresh graduates who enjoy meeting people are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Able to commit to work on alternate weekends and Public Holidays.
